FIRST USE
1. Add suppliers and customers under Parties.
2. Open Inventory & Parts > Categories to add subcategories.
3. Add catalogue entries under Parts Catalogue > Add New Item.
Type can be Individual part, Engine/assembly, or Half cut.
4. Record a purchase. Each whole piece becomes its own STK number.
Expand Vehicle/unit details for condition, make, model, engine code,
serial number, year, location, completeness and missing-part notes.
For different serial numbers, use separate purchase rows.
5. Sell the whole unit OR open Dismantling to remove parts.
6. On a sale, select the catalogue item AND the actual STK unit.
Each sale row is one unit. Several parts go on one invoice.

Read USER-GUIDE.md for dismantling, returns, costs and supported scope.
